How’s the Packaging?

This eyeshadow palette comes in a plastic packaging with a clear lid. The eyeshadow placed in a well-set manner with 6 eyeshadows in a row.

I like the packaging, it’s quite sturdy and not made of flimsy plastic. But the downside is that you don’t get a mirror or an applicator/brush with it.

How are the Shades and the Pigmentation?

Rustic Antique is a warm-toned eyeshadow palette which contains 10 shades. There are 4 mattes, 3 shimmers, and 3 “mattes with shimmers” shades in this palette.

I found the shimmer shades to be the most pigmented followed by the mattes and the satins.
Mattes:

are quite pigmented and work well with brushes. They do have fallouts but are very blendable.

Mattes with shimmers: They are very pigmented. They work well with fingers rather than brushes. Very Blendable.

Shimmers: These are the most pigmented shades. They work great with a brush as well as your fingers.

From Left to Right

Shade 1:(Matte) It is a pale beige shade that appears plain white on the skin. It’s blendable but a bit patchy.

Shade 2:(Matte) It is a rustic deep burgundy shade that blends and perfect for smoking out your look.

Shade 3: (Matte) A light skin-toned shade with a pink hint

Shade 4:(Shimmer) It is pure gold with a hint of bronze. Super Pigmented and foiled

Shade 5:(Shimmer) A pale peachy champagne shimmer shade. Great for highlighting the inner corners.

Shade 6: (Mattes with Shimmers) A deep orange with gold shimmers in it.

Shade 7:(Matte) A burnt orange shade. Perfect for the crease.

Shade 8:(Shimmer) Reddish copper shimmer shade. Works well with fingers but very pigmented

Shade 9:(Shimmer) A dark plummy brown shade.

Shade 10: (Mattes with shimmers) A cranberry shade with hints of shimmers

My Final Review on the Nyx Rustic Antique Eyeshadow Palette

Nyx Perfect Filter Eyeshadow Palette Rustic Antique is a warm-toned eyeshadow palette. It is perfect for creating festive looks and fall-inspired makeup.

The pan size of the eyeshadows is larger than normal palettes so you get more amount of product.

I love the shade selection. It is suitable for all skin tones. You can create a “smoked out” look or even a soft warm look.
I did not have any problem while blending, all the shades are very blendable.

As for pigmentation, it is quite good. The lighter shades need building up as you do not get intense pigmentation.
But the darker mattes shades and the shimmers are very pigmented. You will need an eyeshadow primer to make the eyeshadows pop.

(Pro Tip: Use your concealer as an eyeshadow primer and do not set it. The tacky base will make the eyeshadows pop)

For this price, you can get better palettes. You do not get a mirror or any applicator/brush, so it’s not appropriate for travel.
So, if you want to buy this, get it during a sale but not at its full price.

How long does it last?

It lasts for about 6-7 hours with an eyeshadow primer.

Do they have fallouts?

Yes, they do have fallout, so tap off the excess eyeshadow before applying

Will I recommend this Palette?

I will recommend this palette to beginners, but not to someone who has mastered the art of makeup
